SuperCap Fail-Safe Return

  • Supercapacitors are used to supply power for fail-safe positioning of the dampers or valves (fully OPEN or CLOSED) when the power is lost.
  • Supercapacitors are charged during normal operation and drive the actuators to the fail-safe position upon power loss.
    ※ Pre-charging time: 5 minutes (24 V DC power at 25°C)

Electronic Position Limiting

  • The potentiometer's angle-resistance characteristics are utilized to set fully open and fully closed positions. Users can freely set limit positions in either direction, controlling the actuator's end-of-travel in both directions.。

Enclosure

  • Material: polycarbonate cover + powder-coated aluminum alloy base
  • IP66

Lubrication

  • Gear trains are factory lubricated for life.

Duty Class (ISO 22153)

  • ON-OFF/Floating: Class A/B。
  • Modulating: Class C

Motor

  • Utilizing a DC motor with built-in overcurrent protection to prevent motor burnout.
  • Insulation Class B

Position Indication

  • Equipped with a mechanical position indicator.

LED Indication

  • LED indicators display the operating direction and fault alarm feedback.

Feedback

  • Three relay contact sets for feedback: Fully Open, Fully Closed, and Fault Alarm.

Service Condition

  • Ambient Temperature: -20°C ~ +60°C ( -4°F ~ +140°F)。
  • Relative Humidity: 30% ~ 95%。

Supply Voltages

  • 12V AC / DC
  • 24V AC / DC
  • 100 - 240V AC
  • 24 - 240V AC / 24 - 135V DC (extra cost option)

Manual Device

  • Declutched manual override for operation during power loss.
※ After manual operation, switch to AUTO to enable motorized actuator function.

Heater with Thermostat

Heater raises actuator temperature to prevent lubricant freezing and moisture related failures. Built in thermostat cuts off heater circuit above 30±5°C (86±9°F).

Electronic Torque Limiting

  • Electronic torque limiting with overcurrent detection provides overload protection. The control circuit continuously monitors motor current and cuts power when the preset torque limit is exceeded, preventing damage to the actuator, valve, or components.

Conduit Entry

  • Standard: 1/2”PS
  • For other conduit entry sizes, please contact your salesperson.
